Carefully pack your gadget with bubble wrap, news paper or foam. Include a copy of completed order that was emailed to you.

We’ll repair your phone and ship it back to you promptly.

If you don’t live in the Chicago area or you might be too busy to visit one of our shops. We gladly accept all mail-in cell phone and electronic repairs. We have simplified our mailing in process to have your beloved gadget returned to you in a timely manner.

Once you have completed checkout you will receive an email that your order was complete. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with shipping  label that you need to print out and attach to your shipping box.

Pack your gadget carefully making sure it is completely covered and does not move in the box. Use bubble wrap, newspaper or foam to firmly hold your gadget in place. Also include a copy of your receipt which was emailed to you.

Upon receiving your device, one of our certified technicians will carefully examine your gadget. If your gadget qualifies for repair service selected at checkout, your gadget will be repaired and mailed out promptly. If your gadget needs any additional repair, our technician will contact you immediately with an estimate and time required to get it back into your hands. We ask that you please send the gadget with a battery, no SIM cards, no chargers and no memory cards .

GadgetWorks is not responsible for any lost or damaged gadgets coming to us. Please, insure your device and ship with tracking. Turnaround time is usually within 48 hours of receipt of your gadget!
